Im looking for a single female with no pets to sublet my master bedroom in Aliso Viejo, CA between June 1, 2021 -August 31, 2021 (flexible move in date). Rent is $1495 per month (utilities not included in price) but I need to move out of state for a work opportunity ASAP.

There is another tenant in the home (woman, works from home, no pets). With a shared living space (living room, dining room, kitchen). The shared living space is completely furnished and decorated.

The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, appliances (fridge, stove, air fryer, instant pot, pans, pots, etc.) for use, please just clean after yourself. We split the pantry and fridge/freezer in half.

The room will be partially furnished with a queen-sized bed in the room and a small side table, with ceiling light.

ADDITIONALLY, IT WILL BE CLEANED PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL (I APOLOGIZE, IM IN THE MIDDLE OF MOVING, SO THE ROOM LOOKS MESSY) AND I PLAN TO SET UP THE TENANT WITH A WELCOME BASKET with basic essentials to help out.
