Hello! I am looking to rent out a room in my condo in the WAVL Enka/Candler side of Asheville! The condo is a 3 bed 3.5 bath, which means you would have your own bathroom! The room is HUGE and could easily fit a king size bed. Two walk in closets and an attached full bathroom. Washer/dryer right outside bedroom door. Updated condo with modern appliances and already decked out in full holiday/Christmas gear
700/mo plus utilities. (Available January 1st with a little bit of wiggle room!)
(Could also potentially negotiate pets, couples, or furnishing the room! Cute puppy in photos not included. Unfortunately, I am severely allergic to cats, so that could only be a conversation if they never left the bedroom, or were a hypoallergenic breed)
