Woodland station apartment is the best apartment complex you can find around this area. It gets rated 5 out of 5 on every website - google, apartments.com, apartmentratings.com. Weve been living here with a small kid for almost a year. This neighborhood is always quiet and clean, with a lot of easy-going professionals, and the management is top-notch. Normally the rent price would go above $3000 for our apartment, which is on the quiet side. Since we are subleasing, we would like to pay a $1000 rebate ($500 per month for two months). You can renew with the apartment management and have one month free after two months if you want and they are quite easy to deal with. The air-conditioned garage fee and heating are included in the rent.
