We are looking for a flatmate for subletting a single large bedroom in our 3-bedroom apartment at Allston (near Harvard Ave Station in Green Line B) from January to April (flexible dates). The apartment has one bathroom and a kitchen - which are shared. The private bedroom is pretty big. Other two flatmates are a BU student and a Software professional.

Location is extremely nice: close to Allston St, Griggs St. B-line T stop. Nearby bus stops can get you 57 and 66 no bus. Close to CVS and other grocery and departmental stores. 15 mins to Star Market. There are many nearby restaurants, fast food shops including Natalies Pizza, McD, Five Guys, Starbucks, where foods can be delivered or taken out.

The building is maintained by a private landlord who are very nice to maintain the apartment. Laundry is at the basement of the building and card/coin-operated.

The rent for the room is $800/month which includes heat and hot water. Electricity, cooking gas, and internet are additional (comes around ~$40-45/month in total). Table, chair, bed, computer monitors, etc. are all included for the subleasing period. Please PM me if interested.
