Apartment-

A new luxurious well-lit 1 Bedroom apartment for sub-lease with an option for the extension available in Malden. This is an amazing apartment with in-house laundry, a walk-in closet, a great view from the window, and a clean look. The apartment is on the 1st floor so you dont have to use the lift. The rooftop is accessible and has an amazing view of Boston and Malden. The bedroom has carpet flooring and is quite spacious.

Unfortunately, I have to leave this apartment as I am moving out of the state. I am definitely going to miss this apartment. Its the first apartment in Boston that felt like home. It is very comfortable and I enjoyed every single day living here.

Furniture is not included. Although I rented the furniture from Cort so if you like it, you can talk to me about it. I am not sure if Cort transfers the lease or not. If they do, Ill be happy to transfer the lease of furniture also. It includes queen size bed, mattress, box spring, table lamp, floor lamp, 2 seater sofa, coffee table, dressing table, dining table with 4 chairs, and a bedside table.

Building-

The building is in one of the best neighborhoods in Malden. You just need to step outside the house to buy anything you need. All the major grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars are within a half-mile radius. That being said, its a super quiet neighborhood and the apartment faces the backside of the building with a good view of the park and Encore(you gotta see sun hitting the Encore Casino in the morning from the window, its ethereal.)

The building has private parking at extra charges and is also next to public parking if you want to save some money. There is a big ballroom where they host meet-and-greet events(no events due to COVID). On regular days, I use the ballroom for office work as it is quiet, empty, and has wifi. The rooftop is accessible 24/7 for all those sunny weekends.

The gym is accessible on a booking basis due to COVID. I get the timeslot I want every day so its no hassle. The gym is good and has all the necessary equipment needed for cardio and weight training.

The packages always get delivered inside the apartment in a secured area no matter what. They have a Luxer one package storage system. No packages will ever get lost here.

Malden Center Bus Station and subway are less than 0.2 miles away (a big benefit for daily commuters to Boston. (Orange Line)

Utilities-
No utilities included. There will be charges for electricity, gas, sewer, and water.

Deposit-
The deposit will be $500

Months left on lease-
4 months and can be extended (9th June to 9th October, flexible for any date between June 1st to June 9th)

Other details-
Security deposit and first-month rent will be due on the first day of lease
