Room available in a 3-bedroom unit, less than a 5-minute walk to the nearest Greenline stop, about 15 minute walk to beautiful Chestnut Hills Reservation!
The remaining roommate is a working professional, music-oriented and likes to jam out on weekends. There is a beautiful, but overgrown, backyard with a fire pit. One room has a fire escape if you want to hang out or have plants!
The landlord is pretty low-key, but he usually helps with maintenance if there is anything that needs fixing/adjusting. Pets also allowed, though the space might be a little small for large dogs. 420 Friendly!
There is driveway access, but also street parking (roommate has an extra parking permit if you need it).
Rent is $850 due on the first of the month, and roommates divide utilities among each other (you would be paying for electricity).
Ive already paid this month, so Ill prorate the room to $450 to move in!
