This home has an incredible back yard which is beautifully landscaped with a large deck and basketball hoop. There is a pool in the summer and the home boasts 2 living rooms. There is a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer which are free. The rent includes utilities.

This quiet neighborhood is super convenient whether driving, taking the bus, or taking the subway. The home is a 5 min walk to the 2/5, 45 min to Times sq on the subway, and off of multiple bus routes. There is free street parking and driveway parking is available for $100/mo. Nearby is Arthur Ave with restaurants, cafes and bars and Mott Haven is another close area to enjoy the same.

I am looking for a roommate who is clean, considerate and friendly. I would describe myself as the same. I am a woman in my early 30s and have one male housemate, early 30s who works in finance. We are 420 and LGBTQ+ friendly and we like to have fun but keep it quiet on weekdays.
