I am subletting my two bedroom apartment starting June 1, 2021! I am looking to sublet my apartment to someone who would like to stay long term ( 8 months to a year)
Its a fantastic and spacious apartment with oversized windows to provide amazing natural light. This lovely apartment is located on the top floor of a prewar building.

The building is located in a very trendy neighborhood. You can find one of Brooklyns Restaurant Rows on Franklin Ave, steps away from the building. The grocery store is behind the building along with easy access laundry.
Transportation is a breeze with the S Shuttle 1 minute away taking you to the 2, 3, 4, 5 train on Eastern Parkway or C train on Fulton. Otherwise its a brisk 7-10 minute walk to each major train station. Generally public transportation to union square is about 30 min from door to door.
The sites in the neighborhood are amazing and easily accessible: The Brooklyn Museum and Botanical Gardens are about 10 min walking distance. Prospect Park and the iconic Brooklyn Library is not to far away with another 5 minutes added.
The apartment itself is a delight. The bedrooms are spacious with a good amount of closet space. I currently have furniture in the apartment that can stay or be removed. I may be able to add some basic pieces if this place interests you. Some other notes about the apartment you may be interested in:
