The space
THIS is a small apartment, nothing fancy. Not a hotel. First floor in a 3 story building. While you are renting we will give you privacy, so you will feel like you are on your own spot (we may just pass to go to the bathroom and or getting our of the apartment). Its perfect and only good for people that have regular night sleep pattern not for people that wants to sleep during the day until the afternoon unless you have a very deep way of sleeping. My apt is quiet and very private but still. Close to Maimonides and NYU Brooklyn. Train: N, D. Buses: B11, B16, B70, B 35.. Both trains will bring you to the heart of the city they run express and easy connection to all the others trains in New York City. Restaurants close to the area. Air conditioned room.

The check in to the room is after 2:00pm but lll let you check your bags in in the living room and for you to go out and come back In the afternoon once the room is ready. Even though it all depends on if the guests that was there check out early and we can clean early the room for you.

During fall-winter time my apt its always cold. So you will need winter clothing to be inside which should be the normal thing to do. During the day time the temperature may be around 65-66 or so it could go to 68. But it all depends so if you are kind of a cold person. This
