Hi Neighbors, my wife and I are moving back to Atlanta and are looking for someone to take over our lease in the 10 Westedge Apartment complex - just minutes from the Citadel, West Ashley, MUSC, and the Riverdogs stadium.

The apartment is a gorgeous apartment with modern finishes, stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit Whirlpool washer and dryer. The apartment is just over 1200 square feet, with large bedrooms, bathrooms, and tons of closet space. It also offers a large balcony with a city view. This unit is like new, has beautiful finishes, has a Publix and Woodhouse Day Spa on the ground level, and is an overall quiet and safe community to live in. Parking is in a gated and covered lot.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. That being said, we are looking to do a lease takeover for our unit, with a tentative start date of July 1st to August 1st, but we are flexible. Our lease ends on April 26th, 2022. The apartment complex does allow for rent takeovers, and the application process will be vetted through the leasing agents of 10 Westedge.
