I am moving out of my wonderful townhouse in Chatsworth to live closer to family and work, so I am seeking a female roommate to take my place.
About the house:
This is a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse (two-story) with washer/dryer hookups in the garage, your own parking space in the garage, a patio, a pool, a bar, two living rooms, and a fireplace. You will be renting one of the bedrooms which will be delivered vacant. You will also have your own large, private bathroom.
About the roommates:
Your roommate will be a friendly and easy-going fashion designer in her late 30s with two children, 4 and 12. They are a really sweet family and the kids are great. Both mother and children attend work/school daily until 5pm.
Location:
This townhouse is in a quiet, peaceful area and right across the street from Chatsworth Park North. There are many shops and restaurants nearby incl. The Topanga mall and The Village just 5 miles away.
Details:
$925/month plus utilities. Must pass a background check, have a credit score of 650 or higher, and a min. 6-month lease is required. Deposit TBD. Available Oct 1, flexible move-in date.
