The shared space is massive and includes a large deck, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Since one of the roommates has an ensuite you only share the bathroom with one other. While hosting large parties is not allowed, small gatherings with friends are welcome and the space is perfect for such hosting. UMD is a five-minute drive away or a twenty-minute bike through an incredibly safe neighborhood - theres also a bus stop at the bottom of the road, though biking is overall easier.

The room is mid-sized with a large window that brings in a lot of natural light and features a built-in closet. Plenty of space for bed, desk and dresser.

Rent price includes all amenities except wifi, which is $16 a month.
