I am needing to sublet my apartment at Domain Corvallis for the summer starting mid-June and ending August 31st. The lease could also be extended to next year as well. I currently have two female roommates. I am currently in room A. See the link below or the floorplan picture.
The apartment is only two years old, very spacious, right next to the clubhouse, and overlooks the turf on the third floor. Fitness center, free printing, and wifi are available along with friendly maintenance staff. The domain is pet-friendly and has a huge pool that will be open this summer. It comes fully furnished with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom.
The apartment has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There are in-unit washer and dryer, wifi, and heating/air conditioning.
Utilities will be partially covered, so it normally adds about $20 on top of the rent price.
