$750 room for rent in Thornton Denver Area

4 bedroom, 3 living room, 2 and half bathroom, large backyard. Looking 2 housemates!!!!
My Husband and I are looking for 2 housemates 1 per room. 1 of the room have a private loft living room which mean 850 per month and another room is 750 can use living room beside kitchen room.The closet are small walk in style and there is a shared Bathroom with 1 other roommate. We remodeled kitchen and have new furniture. You can use our spare new Queen or full size mattress and side table all new, we never used it (if you have your own we will move to basement).

*****We have 1 small dog 20 lb (friendly Eskimo) and 1 cat they both stay in basement with they area, We only take them out to upstairs when we home. We ask training to come to teach them every month. So dont worries if they are not good. *******

Our house is close to gyms, King Soopers, Safeway,Walmart, Home Depot, Best buy ETC.... Multiple restaurants, and Freeways entrances. Good neighborhood, quite road.

Looking for a responsible, clean, respectful roommate. NO Drugs NO Smoking. 6 mouths lease at least. We dont like noisy, not clean people, you will be responsible to keep your areas clean. We clean house every week and sometime we ask for cleaner service for deep cleaning at least 1 time per month. And we like to watch movies and play games on the weekend, but not too loud because my husband likes to play game in basements and I just watch movies or shows in the big living room which mean separate living room with you. You will have your own space for your TV or desk. We will occasionally have friends over for (board) game night or other activities.
