$780 3 bedroom in Northglenn Denver Area

I am subleasing my one bedroom and shared bathroom in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Northglenn, CO. Being right off the 120th exit, the apartment is close to many stores and restaurants. The two other roommates are 20 year old people who work in both the beauty industry, and food service. The house is a very friendly environment and I would love to continue out my lease, although finishing school has made it hard to pay off my portion of rent. There is one black cat in the house that does well with both cats and dogs, and the apartment property has a dog park a few hundred feet away from the unit. The complex has a year round heated pool, a separate hot tub, and a gym located near the lobby. Parking fee is $8 a month to which you will create an account to pay. I currently use a garage that is included in the rent fee, but the other roommates just use the outdoor parking spaces near the unit. Both roommates have boyfriends that visit the unit quite frequently but everyone is very nice and approachable. There are no overhead lights in the bedrooms, but there are many outlets. There are large windows in every room, making it a very naturally lit apartment. We have a full sized washer and dryer included in the unit as well.
