Hello! Im looking to sublease a 1 bed 1 bath apartment at Candlewood Apartments in Huntsville, Alabama, from December through February. You may extend the lease after that if needed. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer and a fireplace. The bedroom includes a walk-in closet. A small balcony with sliding glass doors is included in the living room. This place is extremely spacious for , even two, to live comfortably. The offered price for rent is $520 + electricity (The actual rent is $570 per month + electricity, but Im willing to cover $50 of the rent each month through February, so you would be paying $520 per month).
***Note: Water, pest control, and trash is included in the rent. No pets allowed.
