The apartment has one Garage and a living room, kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom.
The lease will be officially taking over, all the process is operated by Property Management Company Neighborhood Rentals in Idaho Falls. You will sign an officially new lease agreement under your name. All the keys and garage keys are kept by the Neighborhood Rentals. I have paid $250 dollar lease take-over fee, and I have paid the monthly payment in MAY. YOU CAN MOVE IN NOW (prob is on Monday, cuz they dont work on Weekend), only need to sign a new lease document in Neighborhood Rentals under your name.

Because its a newly constructed apt, and it cant be searched on GOOGLE MAP, I put the location on the 4250 S 25th E, Idaho Falls, ID. We are on the south of Cabelas.
