$950 room for rent in La Verne Los Angeles

Just moved in and my roommate had a family emergency and cant stay. I Am seeking a roommate immediately on a month to month basis rent is $950 which includes internet and utilities. Move in before February and get a discount.

Will consider shorter terms.

The apartment community info:
Pool, jacuzzi, 24
Hour gym, gated, parking available at additional cost, remodeled building, nice community, bbqs, good interior, laundry on site, club room.

Apt is corner unit, no shared walls for bedroom.
It is upstairs, no elevator.

About me:
I have one cat, I do not desire more. Will consider for $50 required pet rent per month and $300 deposit required. No dogs, birds, etc.

Shared bathroom, I keep a clean home and only ask you to be tidy in common areas.

Age, sex not of great importance - paying rent on time, having verifiable employment, deposit and first months rent vital. Not going to run a credit check but will check offender lists. Honesty is always best policy.

Room is unfurnished - could be furnished if necessary.

I do not have a TV but I have internet;
Will consider upgrading if necessary.

The community is non smoking, I dont care if you do smoke - but do it across the street.

$950 per month, paid upfront and any difference will be pro-rated. Move in before February 1 and I will discount pro-rate by 1/2 (ie. $30 a day to $15 a day) must be pre-paid with February rent and cleaning deposit of $250 paid upfront.
