Beautiful views of Lake McIntosh and the Front Range, the apartment is steps from the path to this very popular lake and has an oversized patio. A garage is available for an extra fee, but not necessary to have. The complex is The Shores at Lake McIntosh and often has a waitlist to get an apartment with a view of lake and mountains. Very nice and quiet neighbors in building F. This office does require that you go on the lease to sublet, so good enough credit will be required. I dont think it needs to be that high of a credit rating since I will remain on the lease and will be responsible for the rent. You would just pay me and I would pay them. Feel free to reach out for more details, I plan to move out of state, so looking to sublet for months of November and December. The option exists to renew the lease in your own name.
