If furnished , it comes with a twin bed, nightstand, TV with cart, and bedside lamp . The room also features a custom closet with built-in DRESSER, drapes and blinds, wall shelf and a ceiling fan. Renovated bathroom right next to BR. The house has a living room, dining room, granite kitchen, family room/breakfast combo, media room with big TV, and laundry room. Outside features include a salt water pool, large patio with sink, bar and grill station, all with sound system. The property is fenced and has a power driveway gate with remotes. Parking is on the paved driveway and is lit with a motion detector light. There is also a security system with numerous cameras. A half mile down the road is a Publix, a gas station/car wash, bank, barber, MedExpress, Firestone Car Care, bakery/cafeteria, pizza, friendly food, etc. The current housemates are myself- a masculine, open minded male, and the other guy is a single straight male. I also have a very friendly Lab mix dog. (must love dogs) Im looking for another male (sorry ladies) who works full-time outside the house, who doesnt smoke, vape or do drugs, no criminal past and who has experience living with others in a group setting. The room is $750 a month plus utilities and services which run at least another $200+ per month each with 3 of us. One months security deposit required.
