Immediate walking distance to the beach, parks, Performing Arts Center, Visual Arts Center, shops and restaurants; this beautiful urban gem is streetfront, wheelchair accessible, and newly renovated for your next coastal assignment. It is also located within walking distance of Newports Samaritan Hospital, or a 3-minute drive.

The Village location gives you the option to leave your car in its reserved parking space and spend much of your stay on foot, exploring the beaches, pubs, restaurants, art venues, parks and shops of Newport, or use it as a central point for exploring the gorgeous Oregon Coast. There are laundromats on 101, and many full-service grocery stores (one a five-minute walk) in the immediate vicinity.

This beautiful space is over 650 square feet, almost triple the size of the average hotel room, and comfortably accommodates three responsibles or two responsibles and two small children.

The stylish brick and picket fence streetscape entrance leads to a large, open-concept living space.

The lounge area has a burnt-cedar accent wall, large gas fireplace, 55 HDTV (Cable TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO), and a comfortable couch that converts to a full-length bed, a matching comfy chair, and a rustic coffee table with added storage for games and cards.

The full kitchen features an aged brick veneer wall, custom stainless steel and John Boos butcher block counters, new appliances, and a portable stainless steel island with stainless steel bar stools for meal prep or extra dining.

A hand-crafted, pub-height rustic dining table is a great dining, gaming or hangout option. The custom ships wheel/rope lamp dining fixture is a focal point, while the pub bench and stainless steel bar stools accommodate six comfortably for games or dining.

A wall of windows offers views of the Nye Beach neighborhood, Performing Arts Center, and ocean peeks. Cafe blinds and blackout blinds are provided for your privacy and comfort.

The cozy bedroom features a premium-mattress queen-size bed that our guests rave about. It is enclosed on three sides, with a privacy screen on the fourth wall.

The large bathroom features a handmade Talavera sink and an ensuite closet with ample storage.

Want to live like a Nye Beach local during your stay?

In the morning, take a stroll on the beach, followed by an espresso and brioche at one of the excellent bakeries or cafes in Nye Beach. Wander through the boutiques and art galleries to find that special something to commemorate your stay, or visit one of the many excellent vintage book stores and browse through their stacks.

In the afternoon, you can rent a bike and explore, do some wine tasting at the comprehensive and reasonable wine shop the next block down, or visit the Sylvia Beach hotel mid-day to tour their themed authors rooms (our favorite - the Jules Verne Room.)

In the evening, walk across the street to the Newport Performing Arts Center, the premier arts venue on the Oregon Coast with a live orchestra, to catch a performance of jazz, Mozart, dance, drama or the Newport Symphony, as well as talks by visiting lecturers. After the show, head over to the latest Newport brewery the next block down for some local brews and wood-fired pizza, or right across the street for some of the best chowder and fish and chips on the coast.

Rainy day? No problem. Cozy up on the comfy couch, crank up the big gas fireplace, and enjoy some Netflix or Amazon Prime and great takeout from the fantastic Italian restaurant just down the street.

Don Davis Park, with a dinosaur skeleton sculpture, gentle paved beach access, and picnic areas, is the next block over.
