$748 2 bedroom in Normal East Central IL

My name is Lucy, and I am a PhD student and an instructor at Illinois State University.

I am looking to sublease my 2-bedroom apartment at Pinecrest Apartments. The lease expires on July 31st, 2022. The apartment has a dining and kitchen area, one full bathroom, and a living room. It is on the second floor. The location is very convenient, right next to Normal Wal-Mart, Panera Bread, TJ Maxx, Ross for Less, etc. It is 7 min drive to ISU.

Ill do carpet cleaning prior to a subleasers move-in.

The monthly rent is 748 a month. The apartment complex has an outdoor pool, a gym, and a small dog park. There is a regular dog park two blocks away from the apartment on Hershey road as well. There is a Shepard Park by the dog park as well.

The washer and dryer are on the first floor in the unit. Youll have to pay for washing and drying though ($1.75 for washing and $1.50 for drying). I usually dry clothes on the drying rack though, unless I am washing sheets and towels.


The subleaser will need to fill out an application ($35 dollars fees) and have an income three times the rent. Pinecrest also requires half a month security fee, which is 373 dollars. I think it is refundable, but I will check on that. Email me if you have any questions. Thank you for your time.
