We have 2 four plexes side by side in this quiet town. We usually have them full with 1 or 2 year leases, but weve recently been informed by some realtors that there is a need for short term rentals that are cheaper than a hotel. We have one and two bedroom units that we are furnishing for just this type of need.
We will include all utilities, tv and internet service, and there is parking and laundry on site.
This web site did not give me the option of selecting this town, but be clear, this is in NORTH ENGLISH Iowa. Its a quiet town with a Caseys, a couple of bars, a grocery store, and a bank. A few other things, but not a place with a big night life selection. Those are a few miles away in Iowa City, Williamsburg, Cedar Rapids, etc...
We have both upstairs and downstairs units available.
