We offer a clean, safe, homey option to a hotel stay at about 1/2 the cost. Our goal is your comfort. Long time established residents we host this unique venue much the same as a b&b....all basic necessities provided...We do this in the lower level of our home. Our residence is the Upper level...totally separate.The household is a busy, active one from 7am-12am. We are not partiers; if you are, you will need do it elsewhere. We have a guests host no guests policy to ensure privacy for all.
Your room has its own private keyed entry, nearly new Queen bed, mini frig, air purifier, dehumidifier, 40 smart TV + a peekaboo view of Mt Rainier.
There is free laundry here just provide your favorite products. There is NO MAID service.
No one enters your room. Your deposit amt is recovered by simply leaving your room exactly in the condition it was rented to you.
Common areas include: fully equipped kitchen, laundry, bathroom with filtered shower, livingroom with air purification + a view of Mt Rainier.
You are expected to clean up after yourself in all common areas. Maintenance cleaning of common areas done on a daily basis by owner. There are 2 indoor/outdoor cats currently residing. Unable to accommodate additional pets at this time.
