I am one of two current tenants! I am moving due to my partners military deployment so I can be closer to friends and family. The roommate that will be here is a guy, Ryan, 27, and keeps to himself as he works a ton (personal trainer and works remotely from his room for Boeing Airline). The apartment has 2 floors plus a basement for lots of storage/ if you wanna hang out down there. You would have your own bedroom with AC and shared living space (though Ryan hardly uses it). It will be partially furnished in the shared areas, as I am taking my furniture with me, so if you have stuff great! If not no worries, Im sure whats here will suffice. The bedroom, however, will not be furnished. It has a large back deck, are 5 min from basically everything, 18min from West Hartford, and 15min from Bristol. Plus walking distance from some coffee shops, breweries, and a gym right across the street! Dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer!
