1 bedroom available in modern 2 bedroom townhouse. Room is unfurnished. Located near mbta, i-93 n/s, cape highways. Quincy has undergone a tremendous amount of infrastructure building with new apartments, schools, businesses and repaved roads opening everywhere. I am a professional male and Im looking for a roommate. no indoor smoking. The bedroom available is large with 3 windows with a large closet and private bathroom (there is a fourth window in the bathroom). The room is unfurnished and has recently been painted and is cable/internet ready. In the hallway outside of the bedroom is a shared linen closet. As for the rest of the townhouse, there is a large living room with working gas fireplace and a dining room. Both rooms are furnished; there is room for additional furniture in the living room. Off the dining room is a deck with a table and chairs. The kitchen is modern and has stainless steel appliances. There is a half bathroom off the kitchen. Attached garage parking is included. Most places in the area dont have indoor parking so this is a huge bonus. On the garage level of the townhouse there is a large storage closet and a small guest area (futon). HD TV in the living room. No utilities are included. We would split gas, electric, cable. Utilities per person usually run $140 a month for cable/internet, electric, and gas. Central AC and forced heat throughout the house. Cleaning up after one self is important and helping out with some cleaning is required. First month and a deposit are due prior to move-in.
