Hi! If anyone is still looking for a place for the summer, I am desperately looking to sublease my private bedroom and bathroom in a 3x3 at the Latitude on Hillsborough Street as I have an internship in Israel and wont be in the US. Its a furnished private bedroom and bathroom in a 3x3 at the latitude, and is pet friendly and open to both boys and girls. There are two quiet girls that will also be living there, but they will be gone 95% of the summer, so it will pretty much be an apartment to yourself. The room is extremely spacious and the bathroom is huge. You can move in as early as may 15th and the lease ends July 31st. You can Renew the lease if you would like to stay after July! Theres a pool, amazing amenities and more. Its $749 a month-but if necessary this is negotiable because I really dont want to loose this internship! Let me know if youd like more info.
