Gated community in Marina Bay. 2 bd/2ba condo in private gated community. Recently remodeled with brand new appliances including in-home washer and dryer. There is also a well-equipped gym, heated swimming pool, and hot tub available for residents. Ferry station walking distance from condo that goes directly to downtown SF in 35 minutes. I would be the only other person in the unit and looking to rent the spare bedroom and bathroom to just one other person (sorry no couples or pets).
A little bit about me: 41 yo open minded friendly male in second year of grad school. Like my house to be kept tidy and would like to have a roommate who can share the load in cleaning the common areas. Im pretty busy and usually keep to myself when home, however, it would be nice to live with someone who can be friendly, polite, and most importantly respectful of others. Guests are ok but I do not want to feel like I have a third roommate, which means overnight guests to be kept to a minimum. Thanks for your interest!
