Im looking for preferably a lady tenant thats anywhere from 25 years of age thru 60 years of age. I need a dependable tenet thats easy going, friendly, maintains a clean living space. I smoke cigarettes however I smoke out on my patio outside. I dont mind if you do as well. Ive lived here for 16 years, raised all my kids here and now Im an empty nester. I dont mind you having company just as long as its not for continuous days and your guests are well mannered no and respectful to the property. I live in a working class suburban area close to Elk Grove CA. There are stores, eateries close by and a tennis court and nice walking trail. Light rail is extremely close and downtown only takes 15 minutes to get to. You will have a private bathroom, access and free reign of the kitchen , living room , basically all everywhere except of course my own private living space. Lol I work from home a few times per week and I go to the office twice per week. I like to consider myself easy to talk to , great listener , helpful when needed and just a single girl trying to maintain out here! Im not open to couples, I would think that would be drama Im not trying to be involved with, Im not looking for teenagers, not to discriminate but they can be rather flighty and flaky due to their age, thus, its why Im advertising my room again. I have been there and done that. You must have verifiable income or if you have SSI or go to school I would need to be able to verify your info. Three references wouldnt hurt either. All for obvious reasons and if youre into 420.. just be respectful by smoking outside. I have a three bedroom 1750 SQ ft home. A quiet nieghborhood and I like to maintain a chill environment. I love music and I play my music at a reasonable sound level as I would like you too as well. The room is sunny and bright, it comes unfurnished but the carpets have been steam cleaned and the room as been professionally cleaned as well. Im asking for a 200.00 holding deposit if you like what you see that will also go towards your first months rent as well as deposit. Im asking for 725.00 per month with a deposit of 450.00. Im asking for you to sign a 6 months lease and if you want to do month to month, the rent will increase to 775.00 per month. Im open to all races, creeds, religions and sexuality. I promise Im cool, drama free and Im not into people who use hard drugs or cant control or maintain their liquor if they drink. So these are the qualities I desire and Id never as of you something I dont follow as well. I will consider a male tenent if we vibe well upon meeting you. Im not up for akward situations so Id really prefer a female roomie. I promise Im not a weirdo or into questionable stuff, its already ackward enough trying to potentially see if you can live with a stranger. My responsible kids are in college away from home and live independently. Im open to the idea of you having a pet, a small dog like my small dog. I know how that is when trying to find a place to live and its no pets allowed. Im a huge animal lover so Im cool with it as long as they are house trained and well mannered..welp thats my speil.
