It is very close to the bus stop which has busses going to the UCSC campus (SC Metro 15, 19, 22), Westlake Park, Pogonip Park Trails, and bike paths. It is a hard-to-find ideal place for UCSC students.
The rent is $1400/monthly + Utility. The Deposit is $1400.
We are looking for a tenant for the summer, June 1- September 14, 2022. It is a sub-let but is permitted by the landlord and your application will be approved by the landlord too.
