I am relocating out of state and want someone to take over my lease at the Homestead apartment in Spokane Valley. This apartment will be available for move-in during late January/early February. I have not had any issues out of this unit whatsoever!

I will cover February rent for anyone who is interested and will have the redecorating fee/ ($450) deposit already paid for. Youd just be responsible for the $45 per applicant application fee. I will also thoroughly clean the apartment as I move out so it will be ready to be moved into as soon as I am out.

- No issues with neighbors
- Will include Ceiling Fans (installed myself, not a standard in these apartments)

Things you will be responsible for
- qualifying as an applicant for the apartment (generally good credit and make 2.5x the rent monthly or will need a co-signer)
- You will need renters insurance
- $45 per applicant fee (paid to me because it will be added to my current account)
- rent from March 2022 until end of May 2022 (you will have an opportunity to renew the lease)
- Setting up your own Wi-Fi
- You will take over Electric bill payments starting a month after you move-in via Veradale Water and Electric. (My average bill was about $50-60)
- You will be responsible for water, sewer & garbage from February through end of lease.
