We rent out the beautiful 3 room flat with a large garden for two months (01-01-22 to 28-02-2022)

Because my wife and I are abroad for a project in January and February, our flat is free in that period.
The flat is located in the beautiful Tuinwijk area and is only a 5-minute bike ride from the city centre. Besides the living space of 70m2 there is a large garden of 70m2 with a pizza oven.

The flat is fully furnished, including a 160x200cm bed, a dishwasher, a washing machine and all necessities for daily life. Internet included. The flat consists of a living room, dining room, bedroom with washbasin, kitchen, shower and WC. The flat is suitable for or a couple. It is therefore ideal for people who want to move to Utrecht and can use these two months to look for a long-term solution on the spot.

The owner of the house agrees that we sublet the flat for two months, as long as he can get to know the subtenants.
We pay 1200 rent per month (ex G/W/E) and in January 2021 we paid around 300 for gas, electricity and internet. The only disadvantage is that the house has single glazing. The 300 are therefore calculated on "economical" heating and not on 24 hours a day at 20C.
We would then deduct/repay the actual heating/current costs from/with the deposit at the end of the two months.
